Usually immediately after purchase. You will find the file in your Etsy account and often also via email.

As a PDF for printing (usually A4). If a product differs, it is stated directly in the Etsy description.

Select “Actual size” or set scaling to 100% in the print dialog. For sturdy cards, thicker paper (e.g., 130 g/m²) is recommended, and laminating the cards is optional.

Please note the usage rights in the respective product description and our AGB. If you need to use them for groups/institutions, please let us know – often a suitable solution can be found.

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download has been provided or started. Details can be found in the terms or Etsy policies.

Please check your Etsy account under "Purchases" first. If it still doesn't work: try a different browser (e.g., Chrome/Firefox) or try on a PC instead of a mobile device. If necessary, send me a short message with a screenshot – I'll try to help you quickly.
