Responsible body (website)

CleverKnopf is responsible for the content on cleverknopf.at (see Impressum). This website does not process orders and does not operate a contact form.

Contact by email

When you contact us by email, we process your information to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Contract/Initiation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR) or legitimate interest (lit. f). The data is deleted as soon as the inquiry is resolved, provided no retention obligations exist.

Hosting & Access data

The hosting provider collects log files (IP address, date/time, referrer, browser). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We only use cookies that are technically necessary (e.g., for the cookie notice). Analysis or marketing cookies are not used.
