Terms and Conditions

The sale of products (digital downloads) is carried out exclusively via our Etsy-Shop. The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase agreement, payment, provision of downloads, returns and cancellations: Etsy Terms & Conditions as well as the CleverKnopf shop policies on Etsy

Important information:

  • § 1 Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via my Etsy shop "CleverKnopf".
  • § 2 Conclusion of Contract: The contract is concluded as soon as the buyer orders and pays for the item via Etsy.
  • § 3 Prices and Payment: All prices are final prices. According to small business regulations (§ 19 UStG Germany / § 6 (1) 27 UStG Austria), no VAT is shown. Payment is made exclusively via the payment methods offered by Etsy.

  • § 4 Delivery: Digital Products: After payment, downloads are immediately available in the buyer's Etsy account. Physical Products: These are individually produced (print-on-demand) after the order is placed and shipped directly by a professional production partner. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination country.

  • § 5 Usage Rights: Digital Products: For private use only (CleverKnopf®). Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted! Physical Products: All designs are protected by copyright (CleverKnopf®). Commercial use (e.g., resale, reproduction) is not permitted!

  • § 6 Right of Withdrawal and Returns:

    Digital products: There is no right of withdrawal, as digital content is provided immediately after purchase (§ 356(5) BGB / EU Directive). By purchasing, the buyer expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital product and waives the right of withdrawal.

    Physical products (print-on-demand): Because items are custom-made for each buyer, cancellations and returns are generally not possible.

    Exceptions (replacement/exchange only):

    • Production error (e.g., incorrect print, defective product)
    • Damage during shipping

    If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (via Etsy message or email) and include photos of the defect/damage.
